The Foodbank have been overwhelmed by the recent donations of food and money from many individuals, groups and businesses. Our shelves will be stocked well into the New Year. On behalf of those who receive our food parcels thank you for all your generous giving.

There is now a collection basket in Whitby Library for donations of food and toiletries for Whitby Foodbank. Thank you the staff and volunteers who keep our wonderful library service running.
We had a great day on Wednesday 21 July celebrating a year of Whitby Food Alliance. Organisations involved in providing food and support in Whitby and the Esk Valley gathered in Flowergate Hall, to share what we do in the community. We enjoyed meeting each other and the yummy cakes…
